Showroom & Workshop Floor Painting in Northamptonshire
Intercity Contractors was appointed to prepare and paint the floors at a specialist 4×4 centre in Northamptonshire, creating a clean, durable finish across both the vehicle showroom and adjoining workshop areas.
The existing floor was mechanically prepared using a combination of diamond grinding and captive dust-free blasting. Correct surface preparation provided a sound substrate for the new coating system and helped ensure a durable, professional finish.
Epoxy Resin Floor Coating
Following preparation, the floor was primed before the application of a light reflective heavy-duty epoxy resin top coat. The finished surface provides the durability required within a working automotive environment while creating a clean, high-quality appearance appropriate for customer-facing showroom areas.
The completed floorspace was divided into dedicated showroom and workshop areas, providing a consistent flooring system across two areas with very different operational requirements.
