What is ThermaTech cleaning?
ThermaTech cleaning is a form of professional jet washing or steam cleaning, using super-heated water to remove dirt, grime and even paint, via our professional ThermaTech equipment.
ThermaTech equipment is a series of modular cleaning tools that can be used to clean off grime & dirt, as well as remove paint from walls, using superheated steam. With temperatures reaching up to 150ᵒC, the superheated steam, allows for an effective and efficient means of clearing away grime that has built up over time on stones and masonry.
The modular and portable nature of Thermatech’s technology makes it an ideal form of steam cleaning to use in places that are harder to reach. The use of steam as the primary cleaning agency also makes ThermaTech the ideal way to clean stone and masonry on historical buildings where the preservation of the building is a legal requirement.

How Does ThermaTech Work?
By heating water up to 150ᵒC ThermaTech equipment is able to produce a spray of liquid that is able to melt and remove paints, blast away chewing gum, wax, oil / bitumen, and whatever organic matter has built up on the surface of the stones that are being cleaned.
ThermaTech units are able to produce a cleaning effect that matches any other cleaning method, but without the use of chemicals. Meaning a better method for the environment as well as your budget.
The utilisation of high efficiency motors and a focus on minimising the amount of water used means it has some the best safety and risk assessments around. Ideal for use on building sites with strict health and safety regimes.
